UC Guard Landers Nolley II Makes AAC Honor Roll Following Strong Rebounding Week
CINCINNATI — UC's leading scorer just added his name to this week's AAC Honor Roll.
Guard Landers Nolley II earned his spot on the list.
Nolley averaged 18 points and 11 rebounds across two contests last week as he dives into a heavier impact on the glass. The efficient guard is shooting a scorching 43% from outside and has been in double-digit scoring figures nine games in a row.
"Coach has emphasized that when I crash the boards and get more rebounds it's just better for our team," Nolley said after the win against SMU. "So I told him from now on, I'm gonna try and get 10 boards every game."
The Bearcats are back in action on Wednesday at South Florida. The game tips at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
