Ahmad 'Sauce' Gardner Posting Historic Numbers Early Into NFL Career

NFL offenses are lost in the sauce through six games.

CINCINNATI — Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner is not only one of the best rookie cornerbacks in the NFL, he's one of the best corners in the world.

Through six games the New York Jets star has 16 tackles, one interception (t-25th), and eight pass break ups (t-third). 

NBC's Cris Collinsworth noted he's been the league's best corners by passer rating in man coverage.

Six outside corners played at least 25 coverage snaps this week and allowed only 1 reception as the nearest defender, per @NextGenStats.
