Report: Ivan Pace Jr. Making Vikings 2023 Roster

Cincinnati's top 2022 player is overcoming the undrafted odds so far.

CINCINNATI — The 2023 NFL preseason is over and all signs point to Ivan Pace Jr. making the Minnesota Vikings roster, plus more.

Pace did not suit up for the final preseason game, sitting it out alongside the other Vikings starters. According to Vikes Insider, Pace is trending towards playing starting snaps as a rookie.

The 2022 AAC Defensive Player of the Year was the Bearcats' best talent last season. He posted first-round stats in an undrafted frame and the latter factor weighed most heavily throughout the draft process. All he's done is prove the doubters wrong since April.

Pace had eight tackles and one QB hit across two 2023 preseason games.
