Sauce Gardner Responds to Marlon Humphrey Criticism

Gardner is considered one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL.

CINCINNATI — Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner has quickly established himself as one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL.

The Bearcats legend was Defensive Rookie of the Year last season, finishing with 75 tackles, 20 passes defensed and two interceptions.

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey believes Gardner got away with plenty of holding last season.

"I'm not hating and this was last year," Humphrey said. "Sauce got away with a lot [of holding] last year. I mean a lot. A lot."

It didn't take long for Gardner to respond.

"Me personally, if I gotta say 'I'm not hating' before I say something about somebody, then I'm just not gon' say it. That's me tho," he tweeted.

Gardner is one of the top cornerbacks in the league and he's an anchor on one of the NFL's best defenses. Whatever he's doing to be successful, he needs to continue to do it.
