UC Guard Luke Kandra Named AP Third-Team All-American
CINCINNATI — UC football star guard Luke Kandra added another 2023 honor on Monday as the AP named him a third-team All-American.
He also earned AP All-Big 12 honors this past week as a first-team selection.
Kandra was the best offensive lineman on the team in 2023 and one of four Bearcats to post 80-plus PFF grades for the full season (80.5 overall). He excelled across a whopping 895 snaps (most on the roster).
Now, he gets to block for a new quarterback and try to get Corey Kiner over the 1,000-yard rushing mark once again.
