CINCINNATI — The transfer portal is popping as we get to another round of news out of UC football. Cincinnati is welcoming Duquesne cornerback Ayden Garnes in for a visit on Wednesday.

The Bearcats offered Ball State safety Jordan Riley on Monday.

The junior posted 61 tackles and eight pass breakups this past season.

He was not great in coverage over 391 snaps (50 overall coverage grade). PFF tabbed him with a 53.9 overall mark on 699 total snaps. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound veteran has one year of eligibility remaining.

The Bearcats also sent an offer to Bucknell safety Ethan Robinson.

He notched 50 tackles, three interceptions, and 10 pass breakups this past season. It rounded out to an elite 83.3 PFF grade overall an even better coverage grade (86.6).

Robinson totaled 621 snaps last season. He also has one year left to play college football.
