Brandon Streeter's Georgia Salary Revealed

Reports surfaced earlier this week that Brandon Streeter, Clemson's offensive coordinator in 2022, had been hired by Georgia as an analyst. The Tigers and Streeter parted ways following the Orange Bowl, as the Tigers brought in Broyles award winner Garrett Riley from TCU. Now Streeter's salary at Georgia has been revealed.

Streeter, along with former Texas A&M offensive coordinator Darrell Dickey who was also hired by Georgia, will make $70,000 in 2023. Their titles are officially quality control coordinators. Streeter is still owed the remainder of his Clemson contract ($1.85 million), but that will be offset by what he makes in any full-time role.

Clemson moved on from Streeter following a disappointing end to the 2022 season that saw the Tigers fall to South Carolina in the regular season finale and get blown out by Tennessee in the Orange Bowl. Streeter was the offensive coordinator for just one season, following the departure of Tony Elliot to Virginia.

Though his stint as play caller didn't go the way Clemson fans would've liked, Streeter's abilities as a recruiter will be missed. During his stint as recruiting coordinator, Clemson landed elite talent like Trevor Lawrence and 2023's projected starting quarterback Cade Klubnik.

In another layer of intrigue, Clemson will face Georgia to kick off the 2024 season in Atlanta. Whether Streeter will still be with the Bulldogs remains to be seen, but Georgia does have a propensity for promoting analysts. Both Mike Bobo, Georgia's offensive coordinator, and Will Muschamp, Georgia's co-defensive coordinator were analysts on Kirby Smart's staff.
