Tristan da Silva finished with 19 points as Colorado took care of Oregon State, cruising to a 90-57 win. The third straight victory for Tad Boyle's Buffaloes (14-5, 5-3 Pac-12) who improve to 12-0 at CU Event Center this season, which is the best home start in over a half-century.

It was a complete team effort for the Buffs with six players in double figures. Da Silva was joined by Eddie Lampkin Jr. with 17 points, Cody Williams added 16, KJ Simpson chipped in 13, and Luke O'Brien and Assane Diop each had 10. Colorado also had 41 rebounds with four players grabbing at least six boards.

Oregon State (9-9, 1-6 Pac-12) was out of the game early. It marks their fifth straight loss. Tyler Bilodeau led OSU with 18 points on the night. Jordan Pope finished with 10 for the Beavers.

For the majority of the game, the Buffaloes held a comfortable 20+ point lead. The first half ended with CU taking a 45-23 advantage to the locker room. Nothing changed in the second half with Colorado notching a 33-point victory.

After playing a stretch of games without freshman phenom Cody Williams and Senior Tristan Da Silva, the Buffaloes are beginning to again look like contenders again. The core group of starters are set, but Boyle knows as they get closer to March, he will need contributions from the other wings and bigs, if they are to make a Tournament run. If this team comes together at the current rate, they could hit their stride at just the right time.

"We challenged them at halftime to come out and not do what we've done all year, which is kind of let teams back in," Boyle said. "We did that. Six guys in double figures, 19 assists, eight turnovers. A lot of good things. Just a workmanlike effort by our guys."

Colorado shot 52.5 percent (32-for-61) from the floor and held OSU to 33.3 percent (20-for-60) with a solid defensive effort. It's on par for CU's season as the nation's 8th-best shooting team.

The Buffs are now 89-6 all-time under Boyle (5-0 this season) while hitting the "gold standard" — holding an opponent to 40 percent or less shooting and having an 8+ margin in rebounds, according to CU athletics
