Former Colorado All-American rips Deion Sanders before legacy son hits transfer portal

In this story:
Deion Sanders and his staff hit the end of the season with a few roster changes in Boulder. It's part of the rebuilding process with a second wave coming in the transfer portal over the next month, but not everyone is happy with what's happening.
Former CU Buffs standout Christian Fauria has taken several shots at Sanders over the course of the past few weeks and it appears to have become personal. He has been overly critical of the Hall-of-Famer and the current state of Colorado's program, which has led to his legacy son hitting the transfer portal on Monday.

Caleb Fauria was an original recruit of Karl Dorrell and has spent the past four years in Boulder with very little playing time. He saw action in seven games during CU's one-win season last year.
As for his Father, the former All-American was a contributor to the Buffs highly-successful teams in the early 90s under Bill McCartney. Fauria went on to a 13-year NFL career with two Super Bowl wins as a member of the New England Patriots. He's currently a media personality for WEEI in Boston.
Sanders and the Buffs hit a pivotal point in the off-season with the transfer portal opening back up on Dec. 4. A few weeks before early Signing Day happens for Coach Prime.
