If there was ever any doubt about Shedeur Sanders' swagger, you might want to think again. The Colorado Buffaloes standout was turned all the way up on Super Bowl Radio Row in Las Vegas on Friday. He was asked his thoughts on who was the best quarterback in the 2024 NFL Draft and came out swinging.

"I’m biased, but I don’t see a quarterback that’s better than me, " Sanders told SI's 5th Quarter.

"I don’t see a QB that went through as much adversity as me, that had 4 different OCs in 4 years. Coming from an HBCU, coming to a Power Five, having real pressure on me. A lot of people don’t understand, that’s a lot more adversity than you think, just even being the son of Deion Sanders. You put any of those guys in (my) situation, they’re not doing that."

Sanders might not be too far off either. ESPN's Mel Kiper had Coach Prime's youngest son as the third-best passer in this year's draft class, behind USC's Caleb Williams and UNC's Drake Maye. Keep in mind, Sanders isn't going to the NFL Scouting Combine or prepping and is still considered a projected first-round pick in 2024.

Sanders returns to Colorado and will be part of the 2025 draft class with his brother, Shilo, who recently told Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank that his father's old number sounds great to him at NFL Honors. The Sanders brothers have had quite the start to the offseason, including a trip to Paris for the Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall-Winter collection show presented by Pharrell Williams. They're also in the process of buying their dad a house, which is an amazing showing of generosity.

Coach Prime and the Buffs are preparing for the spring practice session in Boulder. This comes after pulling in one of the best combined recruiting classes with a record number of top-tier talent led by Jordan Seaton. The five-star plus offensive lineman turned down a multi-million dollar payout from Tennessee to be at Colorado. The Black and Gold Spring Game is scheduled for April 27th.
