LeBron James came out in rare form on Sunday night. The King notched his record-breaking 20th NBA All-Star appearance by wearing Nike LeBron 21 Air Diamond Turf max's in Indianapolis. The gift from Deion Sanders came prior to the re-release of his signature line this summer.

James had them during the game with the Colorado Buffaloes' black and gold colorway. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar was one of the select few to receive a magic box from Sanders, along with DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne. There was a shock drop for the public over Super Bowl Weekend, but it was a very limited run on 1,500 pairs, according to sources. We'll see if Nike will allow for another drop before CU's Spring Game.

Coach Prime and his sons, Shilo and Shedeur, appeared at a Nike OG event in Las Vegas and provided details about the upcoming release. The world's largest sportswear manufacturer welcomed Sanders back to the family nearly a year ago after a decade-long hiatus.

Deion Sanders rejoining Nike goes beyond relationship with Colorado

A video by Reach The People Media revealed a few different colorways will be coming with each having a story to tell about Coach Prime's career. There will also be metallic Diamond Turf Max 96 cleats for the Buffs next season. A few of the players were beta testing the products for Nike and will be available to the entire roster in 2024.

As for James, he told reporters he wanted to end his career in Los Angeles this week. It was a huge statement for the 39-year-old who took over as the NBA's all-time scoring title last year.

"I am a Laker, and I've been very happy being a Laker the last six years, and hopefully it stays that way," James said. "I don't have the answer to how long it will be or what uniform I'll be wearing. Hopefully, it is with the Lakers. It's a great organization with so many greats. We'll see. I don't know how it's going to end, but it's coming. It's coming, for sure."
