"The Rock" goes with Shedeur for ESPN GameDay pick

ESPN's College GameDay was everything it was advertised to be on Saturday.
The "Worldwide Leader in Sports" announced Friday Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson would be their guest picker, and he didn't disappoint. When it came time for him to reveal who he thought would win today's Rocky Mountain Showdown, the entertainment icon pulled off his jacket to reveal a Shedeur Sanders jersey.
Johnson has a relationship with the Sanders family that goes back decades and starting with Coach Prime. He spent time around Shedeur while on the campus of Jackson State for XFL tryouts two years ago. The former WWE Champion was also a standout at the University of Miami, with exactly one recruiting cycle between Sanders before he left Florida State for the NFL.

Lee Corso passed a milestone on Saturday with his 400th headgear pick. The longtime ESPN analyst thanked the network for sticking with him after he suffered a stroke in 2009. He teared up while reflecting on his accomplishments.
Colorado faces Colorado State for the Centennial Cup on Saturday night. A 10 p.m. ET kickoff on ESPN.
