ESPN headed to Boulder for College GameDay on Saturday

In this story:
Deion Sanders has made Boulder the epicenter of college football. The biggest story this year continues with ESPN GameDay coming this Saturday ahead of the Rocky Mountain Showdown with CSU.
FOX announced immediately after Saturday's 36-14 win over Nebraska that they would return to CU's campus with the Big Noon Kickoff pregame. ESPN followed with their own announcement hours later. It's extremely unprecedented to have both pregame shows at the same venue, but Coach Prime did it.
ESPN’s crew for College GameDay has not made the trip to Boulder since 1996. It was the backend of a home-and-home series with Michigan and Tom Brady was on the roster.
The "Prime Effect" will only intensify with Colorado facing two key matchups to open Pac-12 play. The Buffs head to Eugene to battle Oregon in two weeks. It's another "personal" game for Sanders with Ducks coach Dan Lanning firing shots before the season.
Colorado then returns home the following week to face USC. A great QB battle with Shedeur Sanders and Heisman winner Caleb Williams. The good news is that the Pac-12 Network isn't likely to broadcast any CU games this season.
The latest edition of the RMS kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 10 p.m. ET.
