Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders on Fox Sports pregame show

Matt Leinart named Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders his Power Players of the Week!

“Sanders led to Colorado to their first road win over a top 20 opponent since 2002. Travis Hunter was the first player in 21 years to have over 100 yards receiving and an interception in the same game,” said Leinart.

Both Sanders and Hunter earned numerous national and conference accolades after leading Colorado to a dramatic victory over TCU.

Going into week two, Shedeur has an outrageous 200.1 rating. He threw four touchdowns in the opener and already has broken nine school records. But, despite all the attention, he remains humble and directs the praise to his teammate.

“Travis Hunter is the best player in the country, you know that,” said Sanders.

Hunter played an absolutely mind boggling 129 plays in over 100 degree heat.

“You just have to prepare for everything, and that’s pretty much what I’ve been doing,” said Hunter.
