Duke Basketball: Top 10 Talent Reports Blue Devil Offer

Duke basketball's July offer spree continues.

La Lumiere School (Ind.) five-star Jalen Haralson is not new to the Duke basketball recruiting radar. But now he's on second-year head coach Jon Scheyer's official wishlist.

The 6-foot-7, 205-pound rising high school junior revealed his offer from the Blue Devils via a tweet late Thursday night.

Haralson, who ranks No. 9 overall on the 247Sports 2025 Composite and fits the tall-combo-guard mold that Jon Scheyer seems to be looking for in bunches these days, has reported interest from the Blue Devils since last September.

Furthermore, he was one of the first players in his class to receive an after-midnight call from Duke on June 15 (the first time college coaches were allowed to contact 2025 prospects directly).

His offer marks the second from the Duke basketball staff to a 2025 guard in as many days. Eleanor Roosevelt High School (Calif.) four-star Brayden Burries, a 6-foot-5, 185-pound playmaker, reported his late Wednesday night.

And Jalen Haralson is now the fifth recruit (three in 2025 and two in 2024) to land a Blue Devil offer this month.

Scheyer and his assistants haven't reeled in any commitments in the 2025 recruiting arena. That said, it's early in the cycle, and it's worth noting that none of the seven players on their 2025 wishlist have eliminated Duke from contention.
