The No. 5 Florida State Seminoles (11-0, 8-0 ACC) have had a whirlwind of a season, winning the last 17 games dating back to last season. A large part of that success is due to quarterback Jordan Travis and his resiliency, determination, and leadership.

Tragedy struck, however, last weekend when Travis suffered a devastating leg injury on Senior Night against the North Alabama Lions, and it would later be revealed that the beloved star's time in the Garnet and Gold had been cut short.

After being rushed out of Doak Campbell Stadium via ambulance, Travis' spirit never wavered, and he quickly took to Instagram to tell the fan base that he was okay and cheer his teammates on as he watched from afar with uncertainty if he would play again.

It's no surprise that on Wednesday morning practice before one of the biggest games of the season, Travis' commitment to his team wouldn't be held back by injury as he arrived for practice with nothing but a smile on his face and cheers from his teammates.

Travis has had a remarkable career at Florida State, breaking the record for total offense and total touchdowns responsible for. The 17 consecutive wins under Travis are tied for the second-longest in FSU history.

Undoubtedly, his presence on the sidelines will boost morale as the Seminoles look to finish strong with an ACC Title and College Football Playoff Berth.
