Georgia Commit Justus Terry Talks Why he Chose the Bulldogs

In this story:
It's not very often that high school recruits are quick to commit to a school early on in their recruitment, but defensive lineman Justus Terry, a 2025 defensive lineman, has already given a verbal commitment to Georgia.
Right now, Terry is listed as a four-star prospect, the 17th-best player in the nation for the 2025 class and the fourth-best prospect in the state of Georgia, according to 247. Terry committed to Georgia back in January of this year and he discussed why he picked the Bulldogs so early into the process at the Under Armour Next event.
The Manchester, Georgia native highlighted that the program's back-to-back national titles certainly played a factor in his decision, but it was also the environment that the fans provided at games that really piqued his interest. Here is the full interview with Terry:
He also mentions that he is continuing to build a relationship with head coach Kirby Smart and that he is already familiar with rising defensive star Mykel Williams. Terry was quick to mention how much of a fan he was of a "brotherhood" Georgia's roster embodies.
With there still being quite some time left before Terry can actually sign his letter of intent to play college ball at Georgia, he discussed what other schools have remained in contact with him. Terry mentioned that Florida State has stayed in touch with him since committing to Georgia and that he will be visiting other schools and going to camps this summer.
As for right now though, Terry would be a tremendous addition to Georgia's 2025 recruiting class and the Bulldogs are more than capable of keeping this one locked in.
