Who Could be Next to Commit to Georgia?

As the offseason continues and recruiting continues to ramp up, who could be the next player to commit to Georgia?

The college football offseason has started to roll for every program across the country as Spring practice and preparation for the 2023 season. It's also a big time of the year for recruiting as well. With teams holding practices throughout the week and scrimmages, it's a great opportunity for recruits to get on campus and see what the environment at practice is like.

Georgia has already been very busy this Spring getting recruits onto campus and showcasing to them what it is they do and how they go about their business. The Bulldogs have played host to some of the biggest names in the country including Dylan Raiola, the number-one player in the country for the 2024 class, along with a list of other names.

In the most recent recruiting action, Georgia received a verbal commitment from Malachi Toliver on Sunday, a three-star offensive line prospect in the 2024 class. The Bulldogs also gained a commitment from Demello Jones, a four-star recruit in the 2024 class and one of the top recruits in the state of Georgia, a little over a week ago.

So who could be the next player to commit to the Bulldogs as they continue to build momentum on the trail?

With as many kids as Georgia has been bringing into town for a visit as of late, it seems like there are a lot of options. Four-star safety commit Peyton Woodyard discussed in an interview with Dawgs Daily that once he got to see Georgia's program up close, he knew that Athens was the place he wanted to be. So perhaps the Bulldogs land another commitment from a player that is fresh off of a visit here during the offseason. That's what happened with Malachi Toliver... it was the final visit last week that nailed home Georgia was the place for him.

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart and his staff are some of the best in the business when it comes to closing the deal and reeling in some of the best talents in the nation on a consistent basis. So, with recruiting starting to really ramp up and high school prospects coming in for visits on a consistent basis, it's hard to pinpoint who specifically could be next to commit, but no one should be surprised if Georgia adds another name to their list here in the very near future.
