The Clemson Tigers faced the Florida State University Seminoles in college baseball at Doug

Updated ACC Baseball Standings (3/31)

After being swept by North Carolina last weekend, Georgia Tech was looking to get back on track against Boston College this weekend. Three games later, the Yellow Jackets are on a six-game losing streak and their season appears to be teetering on falling apart after being blown out in two of three games vs the Eagles, who were near the bottom of the standings. Georgia Tech needs to figure things out quickly next week in their series vs Pitt.

Clemson dropped their opening game vs Miami but recovered to win the last two games and the series. The Tigers remain in first place this week in the Atlantic division.

Ever since being swept by Georgia Tech, NC State has gotten back on track and swept Notre Dame this past weekend.

Florida State bounced back from its series loss vs Clemson by winning two of three vs Louisville. North Carolina continues to roll along and has taken the first two games vs Wake Forest, who continues to disappoint.

On the Coastal side of the ACC, Virginia Tech is in first place after taking two of three from last place Pitt. The biggest series this weekend in the Coastal Division was between Duke and Virginia and the Blue Devils came out on top by winning two of three.

Miami lost its series to Clemson and Pitt could not find a way to win the series vs first-place Virginia Tech.

There will not be a shortage of big series next weekend in the ACC. North Carolina faces Virginia, Virginia Tech takes on Wake Forest, NC State plays Louisville, and Miami plays Duke.
