Fran Fraschilla on Gonzaga to the Big 12: 'It would've been difficult'

In this story:
Even with the 2023-24 college basketball season right around the corner, one of the game's biggest storylines is Gonzaga's potential move to the Big 12.
After Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark publicly declared talks with the Bulldogs had ended in August, reports surfaced that Yormark would ideally have Gonzaga join the Power 5 conference by the 2024-25 season. League members have voiced their concerns about adding a non-football school, and while there's plenty to sort out on both sides, there has been growing momentum in favor of the Bulldogs' inclusion.
ESPN college basketball analyst Fran Fraschilla broke down how Gonzaga's potential move to the Big 12 would impact the program's success on the court and on the recruiting trails in the latest episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast.
