The full 16-game West Coast Conference schedule for Gonzaga men's basketball was released Friday.

The Zags will open WCC play at home on Jan. 4 against the Pepperdine Waves before San Diego comes to Spokane two days later.

Gonzaga then heads on a three-game road stretch in California from Jan. 11-20, facing Santa Clara (Jan. 11), Pepperdine (Jan. 18) and San Diego (Jan. 20). The Zags swept the Broncos, Waves and Toreros last season.

Then it's back home to Spokane, where Gonzaga will host the new-look San Francisco Dons under second-year head coach Chris Gerlufsen, who snagged a handful of talent in the transfer portal to remain competitive in the WCC.

The Zags travel to Stockton, California on Jan. 27 to face the Pacific Tigers before coming back home for a matchup against Loyola Marymount. The Lions snapped Gonzaga's 75-home game winning streak last season with a 68-67 win in The Kennel on Jan. 19, as Drew Timme's potential game-winner was blocked on the game's final possession.

Gonzaga faces WCC contender Saint Mary's on Feb. 3. The Gaels ranked No. 23 in ESPN's way-too-early power rankings and project to compete for a spot in the NCAA Tournament once again under reigning WCC Coach of the Year Randy Bennett. The Zags lost an overtime affair in Moraga, California, before defeating Saint Mary's twice more in Spokane and the conference tournament in Las Vegas.

Gonzaga closes the WCC slate with three of four games on the road against Portland (Feb. 22), San Francisco (Feb. 29) and Saint Mary's (March 2).

The Zags will reportedly play the Kentucky Wildcats during WCC play in January or February as well. The most likely timetable for that potential top-25 matchup is between either Jan. 11-18 or Feb. 7-15, as a week in between matchups gives coach Mark Few the most ideal time for a trip to Lexington, Kentucky.

Gonzaga's known schedule includes matchups against Yale (date TBD), UConn in Seattle (Dec. 15), Maui Invitational (Nov. 20-22), USC (Dec. 2 in Las Vegas), at Washington (Dec. 9), home against Mississippi Valley State (Dec. 11), Jackson State (Dec. 20) and San Diego State (Dec. 29).
