Gonzaga men's basketball has offered a scholarship to Efeosa Oliogu, a five-star recruit in the 2025 class, according to 247Sports Composite. The 6-foot-5 wing announced his offer on social media.

Oliogu is the 24th-ranked recruit in his class according to 247Sports Composite and grades as a top-10 player in the state of Florida across major recruiting databases. From Ontario, Canada, Oliogu has received offers from schools in the SEC, Big Ten, Pac-12, Big 12 and Big East. He's taken two official visits within the last two months — Maryland in September followed by Missouri a month later.

Oliogu led all scorers in the 2023 U17 division of the Under Armour circuit with 20.8 points per game, as he helped Canada Elite to the UAA Finals. Internationally, Oliogu represented the bronze medal-winning Canadians at the FIBA U16 Americas Championship in 2021, when he put up 12.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. He scored 17 points in Canada's loss to the United States in the semifinals.

Oliogu suits up for Overtime Elite of the NBA G League. He averaged 8.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists in the 2023-24 preseason.

According to major recruiting databases, Maryland and Missouri are the two frontrunners to land Oliogu. Crystal Ball predictions from 247Sports favor the Terrapins in the recruiting mix, while On3.com lists the Tigers as the favorites to land a commitment. Oliogu has not announced a final list nor a timetable for his commitment.

Gonzaga has also offered five-star combo guard Isiah Harwell, five-star Jalen Haralson and four-star forward Nikolas Khamenia in the 2025 class.
