Gonzaga's Nolan Hickman signs with Klutch Sports for NIL representation

Gonzaga Bulldogs' guard Nolan Hickman was among four college basketball players who signed representation deals with Klutch Sports Group, the same agency that represents LeBron James.

Hickman joined Oregon commit Jackson Shelstad and UConn's Jaylin Stewart and Solomon Ball on the sports agency's college roster. Klutch also represents high school stars Bronny James, Bryce James, Juju Watkins, Jerzy Robinson and Chris Livingston, in addition to an extensive list of notable professional athletes.

The sports agency was founded in 2012 by CEO Rich Paul, a longtime friend and representative of LeBron, and represents NBA stars Anthony Davis, Draymond Green and Trae Young among others. NFL stars Jalen Hurts, Odell Beckham Jr. and DeAndre Hopkins are also clients.

Hickman, now a junior, averaged 7.8 points, 3.1 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game in his first season as a full-time starter at Gonzaga. The Seattle native is anticipated to return to the starting lineup, though his role remains unclear after Mark Few added former Creighton guard Ryan Nembhard to the roster.

Hickman struggled in the 2023 NCAA Tournament, but he certainly had his moments in the regular season. His 20-point effort against Santa Clara, including a clutch 3-pointer late, helped Gonzaga overcome an early deficit on the road to beat the Broncos.

Hickman returns to Gonzaga's campus following the conclusion of his fifth annual youth summer basketball camp at his alma mater Eastside Catholic High School in Seattle. Hickman's work in the community is notable through The Give Back Foundation, a nonprofit Hickman launched in high school.
