Turnover in college basketball is common, especially nowadays with the transfer portal. But sometimes a player who leaves a program doesn't find the greener pastures they were searching for upon transferring.

Over the years, plenty of transfers have reached their full potential while at Gonzaga. From Brandon Clarke — an unranked recruit his senior year of high school before he blossomed into an NBA-caliber player — to Kyle Wiltjer, Johnathan Williams and plenty of others, Mark Few has excelled at developing talent through the transfer portal.

Not every player is a hit, though, as some former Zags have looked for more opportunities elsewhere.
