COLLEGE PARK, Md. — It's a big day for Indiana on Sunday as its looks to get its second straight victory after beating Wisconsin on Tuesday. They're here in College Park to take on Maryland, a team they beat back in December to open the Big Ten season

Welcome to our live blog, where we'll keep you up to date with all the news and views from the game in real time, live from press row here at the Xfinity Center in College Park. We'll also throw in some highlights and opinion along the way.

The game starts at 2 p.m. ET and can be watched nationally on CBS. For information on how to watch, and Jack Ankony's preview of the game, CLICK HERE

All the latest items are at the top, so just keep refreshing.

4:07 p.m. — Xavier Johnson misses the front end of a one-and-one, Indiana's first miss of the game from the line. Maryland answers with another three and it's down to 77-72 with 1:36 to go. Indiana calls timeout

4:02 p.m. — At the final media timeout now and Indiana leads 75-64. Just amazing how this game has flipped. Hoosiers a perfect 10-for-10 from the line, and 17-for-22 from the field in the second half, a stunning 77.3 percent shooting.

3:53 p.m. — Indiana makes another stop, and Mike Woodson calls timeout. There's 5:48 left, and the Hoosiers lead by four, 68-64. Need to close it out now. Great drive to the basket by Xavier Johnson, and then Trey Galloway connects on a lob to Kel'el Ware. Another Maryland timeout. IU leads 72-64 with 4:31 to go.

3:41 p.m. — This is the best Indiana's offense has looked all year. They're 11-for-13 from the field in the second half, and they've made 10 straight shots. They're also 7-for-7 from the free throw line. A steal and a Trey Galloway run out, and Indiana has the lead at 66-64 with 8:15 to go.

3:34 p.m. — Indiana freshman Mackenzie Mgbako is on fire. He's hits another three and is fouled. He has 13 points in the second half, and 19 for the day already. There's a timeout, so when we come back out, he'll have a free throw attempt to cut the lead to two. It's 60-57 with 11:09 left.

3:22 p.m. — Indiana was in a 16-point hole, but they're on an 11-2 run now and they're back in it. Maryland's Kevin Willard calls timeout. It's 53-46 with 14:54 to go. ... Out of the break, Kel'el Ware scores his first basket of the game at the 13:51 mark. ... And now it's down to four after a Mackenzie Mgbako three-point play.

3:14 p.m. — Indiana starts the second half with all five starters on the floor. No one in real foul trouble. Malik Reneau has two. Indiana only had four fouls in the first half.

2:55 p.m. — Trey Galloway finally scores with a floater in the lane. Maryland calls timeout. It's 38-33 with 1:48 to go in the first half.  At the half now, and Maryland is up by 10 at 43-33. Indiana has nine turnovers, and hasn't been very good defensively either,.

2:50 p.m. — At the under-4 media timeout and Indiana trails 36-29 despite being 5-for-10 from three and a perfect 4-for-4 from the line. Getting nothing from Kel'el Ware or Trey Galloway. Both still scoreless, and a combined 0-for-7 from the field.

2:47 p.m. — Malik Reneau is back in the game and scores right away, stopping a 12-0 Maryland run. He was fouled and makes the free throw, too. It's 29-23 Maryland with 5:07 to go.

2:37 p.m. — Indiana has 20 points so far, but none from Kel'el Ware, Mackenzie Mgbako or Trey Galloway. Got 11 off the bench. At the under-8 media timeout now and Maryland leads 24-20 with 6:42 to go.

2:32 p.m. — Indiana gets back-to-back threes from Anthony Leal and Xavier Johnson to tie the game at 17, but Malik Reneau is down underneath the Maryland basket. He walks to the bench gingerly.

2:28 p.m. — Second media timeout and Maryland leads 15-11 with 11:35 to go in the first half. Six turnovers already for Indiana, including three by Kel'el Ware. Off to a horrible start, which you can't have from your best player.

2:24 p.m. — Bad sequence there for Indiana's Kel'el Ware. He's not strong with the ball in the post and loses it. Then he jogs down the court and Maryland's Jordan Geronimo dunks at the other end in transition. Terps on an 11-0 run.  No timeout by Mike Woodson.

2:18 p.m. — Gabe Cupps nails a three-pointer in transition to give Indiana a 9-4 lead. Maryland scores, and we're at the first media timeout now. It's 9-6 with 15:49 to go. Five quick points for Cupps is a big deal. He's only scored five or more points ONCE in his last nine games. (He had eight vs. Northwestern on Feb. 18.)

2:10 p.m. — Maryland wins the tip, and scores first on a Julian Reese basket. Gabe Cupps answers for the Hoosiers with a mid-range jumper. Indiana needs points from the freshman guard today.

2:05 p.m. ET — We're ready to tip it off here, and Maryland remains an 8.5-point favorite. Still a bit surprising to me,. I really thought it would be more like 4 or 5.

1:45 p.m ET — Here's the starting lineup for Indiana today, a bit of a surprise. It's Kel'el Ware, Malik Reneau and Mackenzie Mgbako up front, and. Trey Galloway and Gabe Cupps at guard. I really thought we'd see Xavier Johnson start today.

1:35 p.m. ET — It was good to see former Hoosier Jordan Geronimo before the game. He spent three years in Bloomington before transferring to Maryland. He'll be one of four players being honored on Senior Day.

1:25 p.m. ET — Today's officials for Indiana-Maryland are Earl Walton, Terry Ogelsby and Don Daily

1:20 p.m. ET — Outside of freshman guard Jakai Newton, who's been out all year with a knee injury, the rest of the Indiana players are out on the floor warming up. It's a relative home game for Xavier Johnson, who grew up less than an hour away. He's got lots of family and friends here today. This is his second game back after missing six in a row with an elbow injury.
