BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Indiana hosted Ohio State at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington and pulled out a 71-65 victory thanks to a nice second-half comeback where they erased a nine-point deficit,.
Sophomore forward Malik Reneau led the Hoosiers with 23 points and seven rebounds. Senior guard Xavier Johnson added 18 points, three rebounds and three assists — without a single turnover in 34 minutes of playing time.
Center Kel'el Ware contributed eight points, six rebounds and two assists. CJ Gunn came off the bench and added 10 points,
The Hoosiers are on the road Tuesday at Rutgers. The game starts at 7 p.m. ET and is avialable only on the Peacock streaming service.
