WATCH: Trey Galloway Closes 1st Half Strong for Indiana With Breakaway Layup vs. Purdue

In this story:
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind — Trey Galloway is doing everything he can to keep Indiana in the game against Purdue. After a great defensive stop by the Hoosiers with time dwindling down in the first half, the senior guard raced down to the other end of the floor and scored on a contested layup.
That bucket from Galloway cut Purdue's lead down to 12 heading into halftime. Considering Indiana didn't make a single 3-point shot in the first 20 minutes, trailing the second-ranked Boilers by only a dozen felt like a win.
Here's the huge bucket by Galloway in the closing moments of the first half from Mackey Arena.

Earlier in the game, Galloway connected with Kel'el Ware for an easy alley-oop, temporarily quieting the Purdue crowd.
