Former Hoosier Demarcus Elliott Signs With Kansas City Chiefs as Undrafted Free Agent

Defensive lineman Demarcus Elliott worked his way from junior college to Indiana, and now he'll have a chance to play in the NFL after signing with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Demarcus Elliott is joining the defending Super Bowl champions.

On Saturday, the former Indiana defensive lineman signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent. Elliott joins fellow Hoosier Cam Jones, who also signed with the Chiefs.

Now a 6-foot-3, 315-pound defensive tackle, Elliott worked his way from junior college to the NFL, beginning his college football career at Garden City Community College in Kansas. After helping Garden City reach the 2018 NJCAA national championship game, Elliott transferred to Indiana before the 2019 season.
