Indiana in Contact With George Mason Transfer Keyshawn Hall

After a big sophomore season at George Mason, Keyshawn Hall entered the transfer portal. He's heard from plenty of high-major programs, including Indiana.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – George Mason transfer Keyshawn Hall is another player that's heard from Indiana since entering the transfer portal.

According to Jon Rothstein, additional suitors include Arkansas, BYU, South Carolina, Xavier, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, Iowa State, Creighton, NC State, Georgetown, UCLA, Missouri and UCF.

Hall is a 6-foot-7 wing with two years of eligibility. He began his career at UNLV, but transferred after playing just 10.7 minutes per game in 18 appearances as a freshman.

Hall joined George Mason for the 2023-24 season and started 28 games for the 20-12 Patriots. He averaged 16.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game while shooting 47.4% from the field, 35.7% from 3-point range and 84.4% at the free throw line.

Hall showed he can score in a variety of ways at George Mason, attempting 4.0 3-pointers and 7.9 2-point shots per game. He had 10 games with 20-plus points and scored a career-high 36 points against Bridgewater. Hall was named to the second team All-Atlantic 10 this year.

Prior to college, Hall attended Denver Prep Academy in Colorado for his senior year. He also attended Cleveland Heights High School in Ohio and The Skill Factory in Atlanta, Ga.

Indiana currently has seven open scholarships heading into the 2024-25 season, the fourth under coach Mike Woodson. Kel'el Ware declared for the draft on Tuesday, and Xavier Johnson and Anthony Walker are out of eligibility. CJ Gunn, Kaleb Banks and Payton Sparks have each entered the transfer portal, with Sparks heading back to Ball State, where he began his career.
