BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Here's a list of players in the transfer portal with reported interest from Indiana, as well as Indiana's incoming and outgoing transfers, NBA Draft entrants, high school recruits, players lost to eligibility and a scholarship chart for the 2024-25 season. Transfers that have visted Indiana or included Indiana in their final lists are placed at the top, and the rest of the list is in no specific order.

Incoming transfers

Luke Goode, Illinois: Goode is a 6-foot-7 guard/forward with one year eligibility. As a junior in 2023-24, he averaged 5.7 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in seven starts and 38 total games. Across three seasons at Illinois, Goode shot 38.8% on 219 3-point attempts.

Kanaan Carlyle, Stanford: Carlyle is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard who averaged 11.5 points and shot 32% from the 3-point line in 23 games and 16 starts as a freshman in 2023-24. Carlyle was a four-star recruit, ranked No. 52 in the nation out of Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Ga. He has three years of remaining eligibility.

Oumar Ballo, Arizona: A 7-foot center, Ballo started 71 games and played in 108 for Arizona over the last three seasons. In 2023-24, he averaged 12.9 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 65.8% from the field. Ballo was an All-Pac-12 first team member in each of the last two seasons. A native of Koulikoro, Mali, he began his career with two seasons at Gonzaga. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

Myles Rice, Washington State: Rice is a 6-foot-3 guard who averaged 14.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game while shooting 27.5% from 3-point range and starting 35 games as a freshman in 2023-24. He was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year and made the All-Pac-12 first team. He was recruited in the class of 2021, but did not play until this season after redshirting in 2021-22 and medically redshirting in 2022-23 due to Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

Indiana's Transfer Targets

Zach Anderson, Florida Gulf Coast: Visited April 21. Anderson is a 6-foot-7 forward with one year of eligibility remaining. As a senior in 2023-24, he averaged 12.8 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, while shooting 48.2% from the field, 45.9% from 3-point range on 111 attempts and 69% from the free throw line. He started 69 games and played in 111 across four seasons, earning third team All-Atlantic Sun honors in 2023-24.

Elijah Malone, Grace College: Visited April 18. Malone is a 6-foot-10 center with one year of eligibility. He was the Bevo Francis Award winner as a senior in 2023-24, an award given to the best player among Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior colleges. He averaged 17.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game while shooting 63% from the field, 36.9% from 3-point range and 81.4% from the free throw line. He attended Prairie Heights High School in LaGrange, Ind.

Adou Thiero, Kentucky: Included Indiana in top five with Pittsburgh, North Carolina, Kentucky and Arkansas. Thiero is a 6-foot-8 forward who averaged 7.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Kentucky in 2023-24. He started 19 games and played in 25. Thiero played a limited role as a freshman, and he committed to Kentucky as a three-star recruit ranked No. 169 in the nation out of Quaker Valley High School in Leetsdale, Pa. He has two years of eligibility.

Nikita Konstantynovskyi, Monmouth: A 6-foot-10, 245-pound forward, Konstantynovskyi averaged 9.3 points, 8.1 rebounds and 0.6 blocks per game while starting 32 games and playing 23.5 minutes per game as a senior in 2023-24. He shot 52.6% from the field, 65.2% from the free throw line and missed his lone 3-point attempt. He previously spent two seasons at Tulsa and two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M.

Sean Stewart, Duke: Stewart is a 6-foot-9, 227-pound forward who played 8.3 minutes per game off the bench in 33 games for Duke as a freshman in 2023-24. He averaged 2.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game and had two games with 12-plus points. Stewart was a five-star recruit, ranked No. 17 overall in the class of 2023 out of Montverde Academy in Florida.

Ben Humrichous, Evansville: Humrichous is a 6-foot-9 forward who averaged 14.7 points and 4.7 rebounds per game as a senior at Evansville in 2023-24. He shot 41.4% from 3-point range on 5.3 attempts per game. He began his college career with three seasons at Huntington University near Fort Wayne, Ind., and attended Tipton High School outside of Indianapolis.

Javon Small, Oklahoma State: Small is a 6-foot-3 guard who averaged 15.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.0 steals in 33 minutes per game while shooting 44.1% from the field, 37.4% from 3-point range on 5.3 attempts per game and 86.6% at the free throw line as a junior at Oklahoma State in 2023-24.

Transfer Portal entrants

  • CJ Gunn: Transferring to DePaul. A 6-foot-6 guard, Gunn averaged 2.0 points as a freshman and 3.9 points per game as a sophomore at Indiana. He shot 25.7% from 3-point range across two seasons, making 19-of-74 attempts. Gunn was a four-star recruit, ranked No. 120 in the nation out of Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis. He has two years of remaining eligibility.
  • Payton Sparks: Transferring to Ball State. A 6-foot-9 center, Sparks played one season at Indiana after beginning his career with two seasons at Ball State. He played in 24 games with the Hoosiers and averaged 2.1 points per game. Sparks averaged 13.4 points and 8.6 rebounds at Ball State. Sparks is originally from Winchester, Ind. and has one year of remaining eligibility.
  • Kaleb Banks: Transferring to Tulane. A 6-foot-8 small forward, Banks averaged 2.0 points as a freshman and 2.6 points per game as a sophomore at Indiana. He joined the Hoosiers as a four-star recruit out of Fayette County High School, where he was the Georgia Class 4A Player of the Year and scored over 2,000 points.

NBA Draft entrants

  • Kel'el Ware: A 7-foot center, Ware averaged 15.9 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game while starting 30 games and playing 32.2 minutes per game in his lone season at Indiana.
  • Ware played his freshman season at Oregon after being a five-star recruit and McDonald's All-American out of North Little Rock High School.

Incoming high school recruits

  • Bryson Tucker: At 6-foot-7, Tucker is a five-star recruit and ranked No. 20 in the nation, per the 247 Sports Composite rankings.
