Takeaways

There are a few updates that haven't caused the depth chart to be changed, but will likely affect who plays and where on Saturday.

  • Lance Leipold stated on Tuesday that both Jalon Daniels and Cobee Bryant had not practiced yet this week. Neither are expected to play on Saturday.
  • There was a report that Jalon Daniels did practice as a limited participant on Wednesday. Blue Wings Rising was unable to independently verify his participation, but I've included it here as a sign of positive movement.
  • Lonnie Phelps attempted to play on Saturday, but was unable to finish the game due to an undisclosed injury. His status for this week is unknown.
  • Monte' McGary was moved from the cornerback position to safety. However, the injury to Bryant may result in him playing more snaps at the cornerback position.

Finally, Trevor Wilson has returned to the depth chart, taking the spot vacated when Steven McBride left the team.
