Louisville Hosting Multiple '24 Prospects to Kick Off Big Recruiting Month of June

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Ever since he was hired to be the head coach of the Louisville football program back in December, Jeff Brohm has done a tremendous job out on the recruiting trail. He was able to salvage most of their 2023 recruiting class, and has done a masterful job of bringing in talent via the transfer portal.
Brohm and his staff have parlayed some of that momentum into the Class of 2024, landing a handful of commitments in the cycle since his hiring. In hopes of continuing that momentum throughout the summer and fall, the Cardinals have big plans for the month of June.
Starting today, Louisville plans on hosting multiple 2024 prospects for official visits over the next three weekends. For the weekend of June 2-4, six recruits have announced on social media that they will be in town, with a seventh confirming via 247Sports that they will be visiting as well.
Two of the prospects planning on visiting are those already committed to Louisville. Both Noblesville (Ind.) HS offensive tackle Ransom McDermott and Jacksonville (Fla.) Bolles School linebacker Trent Carter will be making the trip.
A pair of top-400 prospects, according to the 247Sports Composite, will be in town as well: Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas wide receiver James Madison II and Tyler (Tex.) HS athlete Derrick McFall.
