If a baseball fan likes to see home runs, and to that point, a lot of home runs, the Miami Hurricanes need to be a team you watch.

Miami knocked off the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns 8-5 inside of Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field. The game certainly had excitement from the big bats from the Canes, so let's talk power.

Miami hit four home runs on the day. The ring leader, per usual, was Yo-Yo Morales. He hit two bombs for the Canes, including a much needed insurance run during the top of the ninth inning.

A likely first round pick in the Major League Baseball Draft, Morales continued to amaze with his sweet swing and tremendous power. He went 4 for 5, with 3 runs and 3 RBI for the game.

Also going yard for UM was Blake Cyr and Jacoby Long. As for the pitching, the Canes also got what they needed from starter Alejandro Rosario. He was throwing smoke all game long. How about this stat:

He went six innings, striking out 6, allowing 3 earned runs, and most importantly, Rosario got out of a few jams. Clutch pitching, that's what Miami needed and it got it.

Next up for Miami will be a matchup with Texas this evening. Check out @AllHurricanes on Twitter to see updates leading up to the ball game and during the contest as well, including the official start time.
