Check Out Miami Players' Social Media Posts

In this story:
The social media posts going up from Miami players has been fun to follow. Here were a few that stood out, plus one from a UM recruit as well.
Up first, Miami running back Henry Parrish, Jr. gave back to the Miami community. Growing up in Miami and facing the trials and tribulations Parrish did, this was awesome to see! Check out the video!
Fellow Miami running back Mark Fletcher, Jr. continued to improve his overall conditioning and frame this off season. The photographs did not lie!
How about a shout out to mom? Respect to Rueben Bain, Jr.

From one defensive end to the next, here’s Akheem Mesidor pictures from Miami practice.
Sticking on the defensive side of the football, potential All-American safety James Williams looks great at his self-reported 223 pounds!
A freshman cornerback that has many Canes fans excited was next, and he also included a photo of his brother in the Instagram post for those that scan through the pictures…Well done Damari Brown.
Where would Miami’s 2023 season go without an improved offensive line? One of the keys would be Jalen Rivers. He could end up being Miami’s starting left tackle this fall.
This next post was actually from the Miami Football Instagram handle. Check out freshman wide receiver Nathaniel “Ray Ray” Joseph make a contested catch!
This next post is about a bevy of Miami players looking for support for Canes Connection. Honestly, a rather important post that was created.

Sophomore offensive lineman Anez Cooper looks like a different player after reshaping his body during the past year. The following photos represented what dedication to one’s craft, and a great Miami staff – all of them from nutrition to the strength team – can help a young man do.
Just for a little additional fun, here's a Marquise Lightfoot Instagram video. He's a defensive end commitment from the class of 2024.
