The Miami Hurricanes are happy to welcome quarterback Judd Anderson to the Canes family. As a member of Warner Robins (Ga.) High School’s program during his senior season, the long and lean signal caller played against some of the nation’s best prep competition, which will help him to make the jump to the Power 5.

Size: 6-foot-7, 220 pounds

Position: Quarterback

High School: Warner Robins (Ga.) High School

Recruitment: Anderson chose the Canes on April 7, 2023. He has a close relationship with several other members of the Miami recruiting class and even helped Mario Cristobal, Shannon Dawson, and the Miami coaching staff bring in this recruiting class.

Strengths: Size is one obvious attribute, but the biggest note about Anderson would be his attitude and determination. This young man is extremely competitive and team-driven. He's just as likely to take off and run over a defender as he is to hit a pass for a first down.

Area to Improve: Footwork is a lifelong learning skill for quarterbacks and Anderson shall not be any different. More consistency in that area will allow him to be more accurate.

Anderson has been an athletic signal caller who's also been good on the basketball court. Has just begun to come into his own as a quarterback with one season as the primary starter for Jones County. For 2023, Anderson is a part of the Warner Robins program where he's getting elite competition week-in and week-out.
Anderson has the size that a college football program seeks. Throwing from pocket would be his best physical skill but he can also move to the perimeter and connect with receivers while running.
