Social media reacts to Michigan football dropping second game in 2024, losing to Washington

Michigan came into Husky Stadium as the 10th-ranked team in the nation but was also the underdog. The Wolverines showed why Vegas knows what they're doing after falling for the second time in 2024, 27-17. The Wolverines opted to bring in veteran Jack Tuttle following a 14-0 deficit and three scoreless drives from Alex Orji.
Michigan took a 17-14 lead over Washington behind Tuttle operating the offense. But as things were looking good -- they no longer were. Michigan's secondary fell apart once again and Tuttle turned the ball over twice. Michigan would go on to drop its second game of the season and move to 4-2 after losing 27-17.
Here are some of the reactions following the loss.

Outgained UM 429-287. No fluke.
Expected UM's offense to struggle after losing their starters, but this goes beyond that.
Most surprising is the weak fundamentals on defense, including tackling, and stupid penalties.
Coaching an issue.
Brandon Justice
The biggest misconception about Michigan is that it only had one problem.
— Brandon Justice (@BrandonJustice_) October 6, 2024
The o-line is arguably the biggest weakness, and their secondary is incapable of playing zone with a play caller who continues to dial it up.
What used to separate them is now their biggest obstacle.

The team didn't finish down the stretch but real fans stay true no matter what. It's a game. Michigan are still the champs until the next one is crowned.
