Around the SEC: Missouri HC Eli Drinkwitz Dishes Controversial NIL Statement

It seems like NIL is talked about more than actual College Football in the offseason.
Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz gave the topic plenty of steam after he said that players make more than his brother-in-law, a pediatrician who "saves lives."
The statement garnered lots of attention on social media. Drinkwitz later released a tweet clarifying what he meant, stating that he is supportive of NIL and wanted “guard rails” for such large amounts of money.
NIL, since its infancy, has been a controversial topic. Drinkwitz seemed to be speaking for the many schools that aren't able to compete with the millions of dollars some recruits are being offered.
