Fans Debate Whether Dak Prescott Or Trey Lance Would Be The Better QB1 For Dallas Cowboys

There are differing opinions surrounding whether or not Dak Prescott or Trey Lance is the answer at quarterback in the long run for the Dallas Cowboys.

While Dak Prescott has been the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys for eight years straight, there has been a lot of debate as to whether or not he is truly the best option for the team at signal-caller moving forward.

With the team recently striking a trade for former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance, fans have been debating whether the team should have Prescott continue his legacy or give Lance a shot at QB1. 

Although Cowboys owner Jerry Jones received a lot of backlash from picking up Lance, football analysts have faith that having Lance on the team will benefit the cowboys greatly and bring better stats to the team.

It's a little early to see which quarterback would be best now, but as the season goes on, the debate will stir up, causing both quarterbacks to fight for their position as head of the team.

The question now is whether or not Jerry Jones saw something in Lance that the 49ers and fans will have missed, or if this choice to add another quarterback to his team will not ultimately pay many dividends to the Cowboys.
