Kentucky football took to social media this week to reveal its new home jerseys for the upcoming 2023 football season.

The blue and white color scheme is still intact, however, the Wildcats' new home uniforms now feature a logo on the shoulders instead of their usual blue and white checkered pattern from previous seasons.

Instead of being on the shoulders, the new uniforms will feature the checkered pattern in the collar, this time in a mix of dark and light blue.

Kentucky's sophomore wide receiver Dane Key wore the Wildcats' new threads at Kroger Field in a video that was posted to Kentucky's social media channels, which displayed the new home uniforms.

No matter what uniforms they wear, Kentucky looks to improve on from the woes of last season, landing the commitment of NC State transfer quarterback Devin Leary after losing last year's starter Will Levis to the NFL Draft.

Along with Leary, the Wildcats will also see about 64% of their production from last season return this year, with Leary and linebacker JJ Weaver being the keys to success in Mark Stoops' football program.

Fans will have the chance to get a closer look at these new uniforms this upcoming season, when Kentucky opens the season at home against Ball State in Lexington on Sept. 2.
