Notre Dame has extended an offer to another 2025 offensive lineman, this time offering Wallingford (Conn.) Choate Rosemary Hall big man Will Black. The 6-7, 295-pound tackle was offered after a standout performance at the Notre Dame Lineman Camp.

Black was offered a scholarship by head coach Marcus Freeman following the camp workout.

Notre Dame has done well landing native Canadians in recent seasons, and Black is another prospect that fits that bill. The Irish landed defensive lineman Devan Houstan and Armel Mukam in the 2023 class, and recent 2024 commit Sean Sevillano Jr. All three are natives of Canada.

A thin player on his sophomore film, Black has filled out quite a bit over the last year and is now listed at 6-7 and 295 pounds. He moves well for a young player this size, but even when he was on the thin side he showed impressive power for such a young prospect.

Black has an impressive early offer list. Not only does he now have an offer from Notre Dame, the Connecticut native also has offers from Michigan, Penn State, Miami (Fla.), Texas A&M, Stanford, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, Syracuse and Maryland.
