Sitting at 18-8 on the season, the Sooners were ranked for 10 consecutive weeks before initially falling out of the AP Poll on Feb. 5.
Porter Moser's team was able to climb back into the Top 25 last week after taking down BYU and Oklahoma State before being defeated in both of their last two games.
Against Baylor, OU struggled wire-to-wire as junior guard Jayden Nunn scored a game-high 27 points on just 12 shots to help lift the Bears to a 79-62 victory over the Sooners.
Baylor true freshman and future NBA lottery pick Ja'Kobe Walter added 10 points, six rebounds and one assist.
Against the Jayhawks, Oklahoma had control of the game in the first half before the team's offense fell apart after halftime.
Going into the break, the Sooners held a 34-29 lead behind a strong performance from Jalon Moore. In the second half, however, OU shot 4-of-22 from the field and 1-of-11 from 3-point range while Kansas went 13-of-28 from the floor.
Hunter Dickinson led the way for the Jayhawks with 20 points, 16 rebounds and four assists.
BYU came in at No. 25 this week with Texas Tech landing at No. 23, Baylor at No. 11, Kansas at No. 9, Iowa State at No. 6 and Houston climbing to No. 2.
With five games left in the regular season, Moser's team is 6-7 in the Big 12 and appears to have a solid chance at making the NCAA Tournament if the group can pick up a few wins to close out conference play.
Oklahoma will meet the Oklahoma State Cowboys in Stillwater on Saturday, Feb. 24, for a Bedlam rematch that will likely have a big impact on the Sooners' postseason hopes.
