The top-ranked Sooners run-ruled Iowa State in Oklahoma City on Friday to set up a rematch with the Texas Longhorns for the 2023 Big 12 Tournament title.

Oklahoma's postseason got rolling on Friday in dominant fashion, as the Sooners throttled Iowa State 9-0 in five innings at Hall of Fame Stadium.

In the second semifinal of the day, Texas topped Kansas, setting up a Red River rematch for the 2023 Big 12 Tournament title on Saturday. 

First pitch between the Sooners and the Longhorns has been moved up to 12 p.m., two hours earlier than the original start time for the contest, to attempt an avoid severe weather. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
