After the Arkansas-Ole Miss rivalry came to its cinematic climax in the 2022 College World Series, it hasn't been as spicy.

The Razorbacks seem to be contenders ready for another chance to win a championship, while the Rebels, on the other hand, are looking for some answers. Here are three things to watch during this weekend's action in Fayetteville.

Three-Headed Monster

Much of the talk around the Arkansas program is how elite LHP Hagen Smith is, but the two other guys in their starting rotation could be Friday night arms all over the country.

Mason Molina is a lefty with a four pitch mix of fastballs, sliders, curveballs and changeups. Molina is more of a soft lefty who will force weak contact and make hitters feel uncomfortable. The Texas Tech transfer is 3-0 with a 3.00 ERA in his new digs in Fayetteville.

Brady Tygart, the Hernando, Miss., native, gets the rock on Sunday for the Hogs. The Freshman All-American has looked solid in his junior season and has been highly productive with a 2.51 ERA. Tygart can run his fastball up into the mid-90s, and it pairs nicely with a tight sweeping slider. Tygart is a big swing-and-miss guy, but he has already tied his season high in home runs allowed at four.

Best Middle Infield in College Baseball

Arkansas might have one of the best defensive and offensive middle infield combinations in the country. Peyton Stovall and Wehiwa Aloy are must-see TV. Aloy leads the team in RBIs and can really take advantage of hitter's counts. He does have a lot of swing-and-miss in his game but is still a very dangerous hitter.

After missing the beginning of the year due to injury, Peyton Stovall has been on a mission. Hitting for a .345 average with four bombs and elite defense, it wouldn't be surprising if he had a monster end of the year and was in the Golden Spikes conversation. Stovall is one of the spark plugs of this team and is also a utility guy who can play at multiple spots. In his freshman year, he saw a lot of time at first with Robert Moore at second. After Moore's departure, Stovall has been the everyday second baseman.

Blood In The Water

After a three game sweep of LSU, Arkansas can smell blood in the water. The schedule sets up favorably for them as Ole Miss comes in licking its wounds a little bit after being swept at home. The Hog Pen will be on fire, and it will be a different experience from any road trip this Rebel team has had this season.

If they find a way to get a game on the road, I think that would be considered a win.
