This practice will be among the most important because of what it means not just for 2023 but in 2024 when the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners enter the SEC along with the expanded 12-team Playoff. We talk about the QB competition between Jaxson Dart, Spencer Sanders and Walker Howard and the road they are about to go down.
We also discuss Pete Golding and the hire that potentially gives Ole Miss the best shot at that 12-team playoff, but those two things are emphasized by Lane Kiffin.
In the second segment of the show, we talk about Hunter Elliott and the weird flood of coverage that started yesterday about a catastrophic injury and Mike Bianco's comments. Now, he could be out for the year, but this race to be first in the age of Twitter makes no sense and has lowered the trust in the media as a whole.
In our final segment of the day, we talk to Derek Vandygriff all about the Maryland Terrapins and what they bring to the table and get his opinion on Hunter Elliott as well while looking at Jack Dougherty moving from his closer role to Friday night starter.
