2024 DL D'antre Robinson To Visit South Carolina

2024 four-star DL D'antre Robinson has set up a midweek visit to check out South Carolina's Football program.

It has been a jam-packed Spring for Florida native and 2024 defensive lineman D'antre Robinson, a rising senior who's received offers from the likes of LSU, Penn State, Ohio State, Kentucky, Wisconsin and South Carolina. In regards to the Gamecocks, it appears that Robinson is intrigued to get a closer look at what the program has to offer, as it was reported by GamecockCentral on Monday morning that Robinson will be taking his first visit to South Carolina on Tuesday.

D'antre has four official visits set for the month of June, with those visits taking place at Florida on June 2nd, Ohio State on June 9th, Texas on June 16th, and Georgia on June 23rd. Robinson is also currently to decide who will get his fifth official, with Alabama and LSU vying for that slot.

New Defensive Line coach Travian Robertson will try to put the Gamecocks in the running for that fifth official visit today by showing off all that Columbia has to offer and the great history of interior linemen that have come from the school to hope to sell the elite defensive lineman to South Carolina

To give you an idea about his game, the 6-foot-3, 300 pound Robinson has the ideal physical characteristics to be a dominant defensive lineman. He stands out from his peers due to his exceptional height and natural athleticism. Robinson's excellent speed off the line and unrelenting pursuit of the ball are testaments to his ability to frustrate opposing offenses. Robinson's presence on the field poses a continual threat to the other team, whether it is by collapsing the pocket or stopping the run game.
