NCAA Baseball Tournament: Six Big 12 Teams To Play In Regionals

The NCAA Tournament announced the brackets and Regional matchups on Monday. Among the 64 teams selected, six teams from the Big 12 Conference will play in the postseason. Those six are Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas, Texas Tech, and West Virginia.
Regionals will begin on Friday at 16 sites across the country. Oklahoma State is the only Big 12 school to host a Regional, as they are the No. 11 national seed. All other schools will travel to their Regional.

Oklahoma
- Regional and Seed – No. 3 seed in the Charlottesville Regional
- 2023 Overall Record –31-26
- 2023 Conference Record – 11-13
- Other Teams in Regional –No. 1 seed Virginia (No. 7 national seed), No. 2 seed East Carolina, and No. 4 seed Army*
- Super Regional Matchup –Winner of the Conway Regional (hosted by No. 10 Coastal Carolina)
Oklahoma State
- Regional and Seed – No. 1 seed in the Stillwater Regional
- 2023 Overall Record –41-18
- 2023 Conference Record – 15-9, co-regular season champion
- Other Teams in Regional –No. 2 seed Dallas Baptist, No. 3 seed Washington, and No. 4 seed Oral Roberts*
- Super Regional Matchup –Winner of the Nashville Regional (hosted by No. 6 Vanderbilt)
TCU*
- Regional and Seed – No. 2 seed in the Fayetteville Regional
- 2023 Overall Record –37-22
- 2023 Conference Record – 13-11, champion 2023 Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship
- Other Teams in Regional –No. 1 seed Arkansas (No. 3 national seed), No. 3 seed Arizona, and No. 4 seed Santa Clara
- Super Regional Matchup –Winner of the Terre Haute Regional (hosted by No. 14 Indiana State)
Texas
- Regional and Seed – No. 2 seed in the Coral Gables Regional
- 2023 Overall Record –38-20
- 2023 Conference Record – 15-9, co-regular season champion

Texas Tech

- 2023 Conference Record – 12-12

West Virginia
- Regional and Seed – No. 2 seed in the Lexington Regional
