The TCU offense continued to rake on Monday en route to a 12-4 victory over No. 3 Arkansas to advance to the Super Regional. Ben Abeldt picked up the win going 4.2 innings, giving up just one hit on four strikeouts.

Cam Brown drew the start for the Frogs and ran into some trouble early. The Hogs loaded the bases, and Ben McLaughlin drove in the game's first run on a sac fly. As the Frogs have done many times recently, they responded quickly. Austin Davis delivered with a two-RBI single to give TCU the lead. Davis went 2-3 with four RBIs and a walk.

Davis talked about facing Hagen Smith for Arkansas and said, "A big-time pitcher like that, you know he's going to come at you with his best stuff. You have to be aggressive early in the count because you don't want two strikes because he has a wipeout slider. It was really be aggressive, fight until you get your pitch, and when you get your pitch, don't miss it."

The Razorbacks would jump on Cam Brown again in the fifth inning with back-to-back home runs to give Arkansas the 3-2 lead. That would be it for Brown as he went 4.1 innings, surrendering two hits on four runs with four walks.

After an RBI groundout by Tre Richardson, Davis would once again be the hero. A two-run home run to left field put the Frogs back on top. That home run seemed to be all the momentum TCU needed as they went on a 7-0 run the rest of the way.

The insurance was added by Cole Fontenelle with three RBIs, Kurtis Byrne, who went deep twice, and Richardson adding on to his ridiculous weekend with a two-run shot. Richardson was voted Regional MVP.

Next up: TCU will advance to the Super Regional and will now host Indiana State in Fort Worth. The winner of that will play either Oregon or Oral Roberts
