Cincinnati Forward- #30 Viktor Lakhin

Cincinnati is a very talented team, and can hang with almost any team out there. The key to most of their success comes from Viktor Lakhin. The tall forward leads the team in average points, rebounds, and blocks. The Bearcats' big man stands 6'11'' and 240 lbs. The Horned Frogs are no stranger to tall players as they have already experienced and played a lot of big players. However, the junior has been an impact player for this Cincinnati team and will continue to be their biggest player. Lakhin is a true two-way player who can score and play defense.

He has gotten better and more efficient each season. He is averaging two more points per game this season than last. Lakhin has also spent more minutes on the court this season, and has started in each of their games this season. He is a great rebounder and helps the offense move around. Larkin can also shoot from anywhere on the court, including some three-point shots. However, he is most successful around the rim. TCU will need to box him out and slow him down if they want to be successful in this matchup.

Other Players To Watch For:

  • Junior Guard- #41 Simas Lukosius
    • Leads team in average assists (3.4)
  • Junior Guard- #1 Day Day Thomas
    • Leads team in average steals (1.5)
  • Sophomore Guard- #0 Dan Skillings Jr.
    • Second on the team in scoring
