Hello!

Josh Hoover will lead the Horned Frogs in Week 8 as they take on Kansas State.

And now for the inexplicably obligatory narrative.

The heat is rising with Kansas State.  After defeating them last season, and defeating them again at the Big 12 Championship (though the referees at that particular game failed to agree--but who cares? We all know the truth), TCU has made a ripe enemy out of our purple counterparts.  Too bad they don't wear the color half so well as we do.  And it takes two for a rivalry.  I think they're cute.

Having said that, this is an important game.  If we win, we have a solid shot at a winning season.  If we don't, our chances are slim, and slimmer every week thereafter.  They've lost to Missouri and Oklahoma State, who've been less than impressive this season.  Then again, we lost to Iowa State, West Virginia, and Colorado--none of whom exactly inspire the deepest fear in an opponent.

Either way, it should prove a good game.
