Bru McCoy's Chance To Become a Household Name
The Tennessee Volunteers are set to unleash the talents of wide receiver Bru McCoy in what promises to be a pivotal season for the program. After all, it's hard for McCoy not to become his quarterback's favorite target.
While McCoy compiled a strong resume with Hooker, the stage is set for him to do even more damage with quarterback Joe Milton III piloting the offense. Milton has the biggest arm in college football but struggles with throws outside the numbers, a staple in Tennessee's offense. McCoy's frame and catch radius will allow Milton to throw comfortably to the outside, a crucial wrinkle, especially in the early weeks. His role should only progress with Milton's confidence, and we could be looking at another 1,000-yard wide receiver wearing orange.
